Jodi's can be grouped into 12 Groups (Families) based on their interchangeable number Cut Numbers. A jodi from same family is treated as relatable jodi and almost same.

It is said and mostly well known in Matka circles that patterns are based on Jodi Families.

For Example, If 08 is expected today according to a pattern, it may turn out to be 58 or any jodi from the 35 Jodi Family. Jodi's are only interchangeable within their family of jodi's. Most guessers and players play family jodi's as support.
